Image via WikipediaBullshit list fail. The capital of the Free World, this flat swamp we all hate called the Washington, D.C. metro area, didn't make the top 10 list. How can a city crammed with politicians, lawyers, lobbyists, military and IT workers, with horrible driving conditions, weather that fluctuates from shitty to shittier doesn't make it to the top 10?
